October 2nd

Hey everyone,
We had a great sacred circle today, the weather is beautiful, and the sun is shining. (but we know that it's always a beautiful day in our conciousness right?)

Today's quote is from Charles Fillmore's 'Prosperity'

"Never allow yourself to be burdened with the thought that you are having a hard time."

Our song was 'Look who's dancing' Ziggy Marley

What do YOU think about today's quote? Go ahead and talk amongst yourselves :-)

so i hear this as saying that we might have hard times, but don't burden ourselves with the thought of them...they will came and go like the wind.

i suggest when hard times arrive, celebrate with a big ol' party. a hard times party at hard times cafe :)

That's kinda what I was thinking too Ogun. it seems like when we spend time worrying about things, it's not helpful, it just keeps us from finding the solution, or the positive side.

I forgot to list it, but today's affirmation is:

I look for the good!

Thank you for the service today. It was a great way to connect. I'm kind of thinking that hard times are mostly what we believe about them. Attitude is everything....Perception is everything. Looking for the good is looking for the solution. Thanks again.

I think what Charles is saying is that the conditions we experience are a direct result of the thoughts we put forward into the universe. He might even say, "we will get hard depending on how we put out."
